Shipping Methods & Costs

The total shipping charges will be automatically displayed during checkout, allowing you to review them before finalizing your purchase.

Delivery Options

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your delivery needs, including standard shipping and expedited services like Second Day and Priority shipping. For expedited shipping, please place your order by 11:00 AM central time the day before your desired delivery date. Important Note: Orders that include personalized items, such as monogramming, embroidery, or accenting, may require an additional processing time of 2-4 days before shipment.

Business Days

Our shipping and processing times are based on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. LOST/MISSING PACKAGES Lenzn are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
